Joseph Failla

Joseph has more than 15 years experience in information technology with a core focus on information security and risk management strategies including development of enterprise wide systems.
 
He brings a depth of subject matter expertise having held leadership roles within ANZ Bank in both implementation and audit functions.  Joseph was also responsible for the design, build, implementation, management and commercialisation of a world class PKI based identity and access management systems at ANZ.  He has also had experience in professional consulting in IT audit and risk.
 
As a part of his roles, Joseph has deep knowledge of a multitude of vendor solutions and architectures. He is a member of various inter-bank and inter-government authentication and e-business working groups both on a domestic and international scale.
 
Joseph holds a Bachelor of Computer Science & Accounting, a Post Graduate degree in EDI and eCommerce and in currently completing his doctorate in Identity Security & Risk Management security.

 

Andrew McLauchlan

Andrew has more than 20 years experience in the banking and finance industry including designing and implementing new retail and corporate banking strategies on a global basis.

He brings operational expertise in corporate and investment banking as well as broad operations management and strategy skills. He has held leadership roles in establishing ANZ's e-Commerce business unit, accountable for setting strategy and organizational development.

As part of his roles, he led the establishment and development of IdenTrust as a global player while also building a variety of other ecommerce companies that have successfully provided products in the Australian and US marketplace. Andrew is a former CEO and Chairman of IdenTrust Inc. and currently retains a position as an Independent Director representing Asia and the Pacific.  Andrew has also held Board level positions with a variety of companies in Australia and Asia.  He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
